What happened to Brandon Sheets? His Wiki-Bio, wife, kids, facts.
The father-son combo of Darrel Sheets and Brandon Sheets made quite an appearance in the reality TV series, Storage Wars. The pair made an appearance on the very first season of the series and had quite an impact. Even though Brandon was a rookie who was just starting on storage bidding, his father Darrel was quite the character. Over the years, Brandon learned from his father’s aggressive nature and earned the nickname, The Sidebet. At times Brandon clashed with his father but the pair always reconciled at the end. In this article, we will take a closer look at the wiki-bio of Brandon Sheets.
Early Life:
Brandon Sheets was born on the 26th of December 1983 in San Diego, California. Born to Darrel Sheets, Brandon has not revealed much about his mother. On the other hand, Darell does not like talking about his ex-wife and wants to keep that part of his life under wraps. After graduating from Vista High School, Brandon decided to get his GED as opposed to attending college. Brandon believed that he would learn more from working with his father, instead of wasting his four years attending classes. He wanted to learn about the insides of Storage Trading and to star right away.

Professional Career:
For most of his professional career, Brandon has been tailing his father Darrel Sheets. Much of what is known about Brandon’s career, came after his appearances in Storage Wars. Brandon was cast alongside his father and Jarrod Schulz, as a part of the very first season of Storage Wars. While Brandon was still green behind the ears, he picked up things quickly and honed his skills as an expert auctioneer.
As Brandon often accompanied his father to auctions and followed his lead, he was afforded the nickname, The Sidebet. On the other hand, his father Darrel Sheets loved the gamble in buying lockers and was given the nickname, The Gambler. For the better part of the nine seasons, Brandon never went against his father. But during the later seasons, Brandon bid against his father using the same aggressive nature Darrel is known for. While Brandon was guided by his father for the most part, he has been quite vocal about the struggles in Storage Warriors. In an interview, he revealed that veteran players often tricked novice buyers to make costly decisions.
Leaving the series:
While Darrell made an appearance in all 11 seasons of the show, Brandon’s journey was cut short from the 9th season. However, after the end of the ninth season, Brandon was let go from the series. The reality star took to Twitter to address his absence from the show,
“I am no longer affiliated with Storage Wars, Darrell will still be in new episodes but I have been told I am no longer on the show (budget),”
Life after:
Even though Brandon has departed from the series, he has wasted no time to be back in business. He lives with his wife Melissa and two children in Arizona. Their eldest is Addie Sheets and the second one is a baby boy, Laiden Shaun Sheets born on November 10, 2019. Brandon is also a real estate agent and works alongside Keller Williams.
