Though Brandon Landry is not professionally involved in the Alligator hunting business, he has teamed with his stepfather, Troy Landry on different occasions. Brandon was part of the History Channel TV show “Swamp People” from 2012 to 2014 appearing in a total of 14 episodes.

Brandon is widely recognized as Brandon Landry however, his full name is Brandon Hotard owing surname to his biological father. Brandon was born on November 2, 1976, in Pierre Part, Louisiana. The birthdate makes him 46 years old. Born to parents Bernita Landry and Gerald Hotard, Brandon was raised in Louisiana. He holds American citizenship and belongs to the white ethnicity. His star sign is Scorpio. Brandon studied at Louisiana Technical College-Young Memoria from 1994-1996.

Career and Profession

Brandon learned the different aspects of Alligator hunting from his stepfather Troy Landry. The deadliest hunter around the area, Troy makes the most out of the Alligator hunting season which opens for 30 days every year. Meanwhile, his activities of preparing and hunting Alligators are documented in the History Channel TV show, “Swamp People.”

Brandon also got his opportunity to join the cast of the show. He had his first role in 2012 which was uncredited. Later he appeared from 2013 to 2014 counting his total appearance to 14 episodes. In the show, he would join his younger siblings Jacob and Chase Landry and his mentor Troy to pursue the Gators. Since leaving the show in 2014 Jacob has not returned. Currently, Swamp People is airing its 14th season on History Chanel after premiering on January 5, 2023.

According to his Facebook account, Brandon joined Conrad Shipyard in Morgan City, Louisiana, in the position of estimating manager in December 2013 and still works there.

If we talk about his personal life, Brandon is a down-to-earth guy who likes to spend time with his family. He has two beautiful daughters Rayne and Miley Hotard from his ex-wife whose identity has not been revealed. He lives in Berwick, Louisiana with his two daughters. Rayne is the eldest born on July 11, 2002, and his second child Miley was born on April 11, 2007.

Moving on and marriage:

Moving on from his first wife, Brandon found love with Sheli Lynn Pavlick. The pair maintained their love affair for years before stepping up the relationship. The pair tied the knot in December 2020. So far, the do not have kids of own.
