Zuri Hall was born on the 2nd of June 1988 in Toledo, Ohio. Zuri was born to her mother Valencia Hall and her father, who is yet to be identified. Born and raised in Ohio, Zuri spent much of her early life with her two older brothers. After graduating from Maumee Valley Country Day School in Ohio in 2006, Zuri attended the Ohio State University. She graduated in 2010 with a BA degree in Strategic Communication and a minor degree in theater. During her time at university, Zuri was an active member of the Ohio Union Television and the Black Student Theater Network. Passionate about sports, Zuri would often attend local football and basketball games.
Zuri’s career began at the MTV network as a host of after-shows. She was later asked to host a game series entitled, The Challenge. Her love for sports directed Zuri to the Indiana Pacers’ who wanted her to host their home games for the 2010/11 season.
