Early Life

Alex Curry was born on the 27th of May 1987 in Manhattan Beach, California. Born and raised in California, Alex’s parents were heavily involved in the business. Her father, Tim Curry owns a natural energy drink production company, and her mother, Peggy is the founder of the Growing Great non-profit organization. Alex wasn’t the only child in the family and had three younger sisters, who remain relatively unknown. 

Alex fell in love with sports from a young age and was into soccer at elementary school. She continued this passion at the Mira Costa High School while also learning theater simultaneously. Alex later enrolled at the San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism media studies in 2009. 

Professional Career

Alex’s career began as a sports player. In 2016 she successfully led her University team to win the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) Championship. However, things took a different turn after graduation and Alex began working as a production assistant on the show, Last Call with Carson Daly. This led her to the ESPN network where she landed a job as their talent manager. 

Even though she was contracted by the ESPN, Alex was also hosting independent projects like E! News Now and Fuel TV Download. A couple of years at ESPN and Alex moved to the FOX Sports network in 2011. After going around the world and covering different shows for about a year, Alex switched over to the FOX Sports West. She was given the responsibility to host Kings Weekly and Angels Weekly. It was her incredible work in these TV shows that landed Alex three telly awards.

Down the years, Alex has also hosted the reality TV show, American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja. This was back in 2016 and currently, Alex works as a host of FOX Bet Live, UNDISPUTED, and The HERD.
