Early Life

Sharise Ruddell was born on the 27th of October 1964 in Huntington Beach, California. Born to Gary Ruddell and Shirley Ruddell, Sharise is one of three Ruddell siblings. She spent much of her early years with her siblings, Gary Lee Ruddell, Greg Ruddell, and Shanae Ruddell.

As a young kid, Sharise attended the Whittier Christian High School, La Habra, California. After graduating from California, Sharise made the switch from Orange County to Los Angeles. Instead of a college degree, Sharise opted in the fashion industry and started working as a model.

Professional Career

Sharise got her first job at the Hollywood Tropicana club and began working as a ring girl and mud wrestler. During her time at the club, Sharise came in contact with her future husband, Vince Neil. Vince loved partying and often invited mud wrestlers to wrestle and part for him. He invited Sharise in one of his parties and the pair hit it off.

After her relationship with Vince, Sharise quit her job as a mud wrestler and began working as a designer. With the help of Vince, Sharise began designing stage jackets for high profile magazine covers such as Rolling Stone. Not limited to stage jackets, Sharise also designed original pieces for upscale boutiques on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. Over the years, Sharise came up with an idea for a new design company, NA-NA. While the business was short-lived it did produce some successful designs including the Pink Polka Dot Kandy and Wrappers bikinis.

Marriage and Personal Tragedies

After meeting Vince at a party, the pair dated for a few years. The pair tied the knot on April 30, 1988. In 1990, Sharise announced that she and Vince were expecting a child. Sharise gave birth to their daughter Skylar Lyanne in 1991. However, four years later Skylar died due to stomach cancer. Around the same time, Vince was accused of vehicular manslaughter in the 1984 death of Hanoi Rocks drummer Razzle. Unable to handle the burden of Vince’s antics, Sharise decided to end the marriage. In 1993, she filed for a divorce.  A year later, Sharise lost her daughter and decided to take a break from designing. After a couple of years, Sharise came back to the scene as one of Hollywood’s premier club promoters, but never performed on the same capacity.

Moving on
