Money Heist ( La casa de papel) season 3 release date, cast member, what we can expect?
Fans are in for treat Netflix renewed Money Heist for season 3 on 18 April 2018. The show was supposed to be two-part mini-series, but the global success changed showrunners to add another one. Season third is expected to release in 2019 on Netflix. Some of the cast members expressed their own happiness.
Spanish actress Úrsula Corberó who is Tokyo on the show cried after hearing the third season will happen.She said,
“I got a call saying it was happening and I was like ‘No, no, and just started crying’.”
Alvaro Morte who is El Profesor, shared his happiness although he could not scream being on a train from Madrid to Spain.
“I remember the call (to say we were getting a third series), I was on a train from Madrid to Barcelona and there was not a good signal. I could not scream out my happiness, I was so excited, we are so happy.”
Who will be in the cast of Season 3?
Netflix recently revealed the cast for season 3 in a production video. The team from the previous heist will reunite including Itziar Ituño who played Inspector Raquel Murillo.
For now confirmed cast includes Álvaro Morte ( El Professor) Úrsula Corberó (Tokyo), Alba Flores (Nairobi), Itziar Ituño (Raquel), Miguel Herrán (Rio), Esther Acebo (monica), Jaime Menéndez Lorente (Denver), Darko Peric ( Helsinki). There are chances Pedro Alonso (Berlin) who died paving escape for heist team to have some part in flashback scenes.

Nothing has been revealed about season three storyline, for now we can only predict where the show could head. After successful €2.4 billion heist, the team will have more than enough money to live a luxurious life. However, it was never about money for the mastermind behind the heist, El Professor. He wanted to succeed in the very cause his father failed, he was gunned down while trying to rob a bank to pay for his sons health bills. We can expect another heist in season 3, this time rather for social cause.
