Katie Osborne was born on the 2nd of May 1978 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Katie was into athletics from a young age and was also interested in the automotive racing scene. After graduating from her local high school, Kati enrolled at the Iowa University. But after a year, she transferred to Indiana University and started working towards a Sports Communication Broadcast degree. During her time at University, Kati was part of Orange County, and the California-based US Masters Swimming Club called the Novaquatics Masters (NOVA). She participated in national level swimming competitions and was considered to be one of the best swimmers of the state.

Professional Life:

After college, Katie abandoned swimming and started working as a TV host. Over the years, Katie worked with numerous prominent TV channels including, Fox Sports, ESPN, CBS Sports, and NBC Sports. At first, Katie covered a variety of sports events including the National Hockey League (NHL), the National Football League (NFL), and the X Games. But down the line, Katie started focusing more and more on automotive-based sports. She made her breakthrough with a series airing on the Spike TV called “Powernation TV”. The series followed Katie as she went behind the scenes to talk to racers, technicians, and team owners, on what it takes to stay at the top.

Not the one to stop:

With her popularity on the rise, Katie started working as a reporter on the NBC sports for “Mecum Car Auctions”. She also started covering snowmobile racing for the CBS network and also served as a pit reporter for The Off-Road Championship. Apart from working on Powernation TV and Mecum Car Auctions, Kati currently works as the host of Peaking on The CW and the pit reporter for the Forza Racing Championship. She is also the trackside reporter for the Red Bull Signature Series on FS1 and keeps herself busy with racing events all year round.

Personal Life:

Katie Osborne is in a happy relationship with television host, professional racing, and stunt driver Tanner Foust. While the pair have not revealed as to how and where they met, it was probably during their jobs. While Katie keeps herself busy with reporting, Tanner is the co-host of the TV series, Top Gear. Apart from her love for reporting, Katie enjoys yoga, coffee, tulips, old pickups, and finding ways to help others. She is also actively involved with several charitable organizations including the Make-A-Wish foundation. She is also a part of the FindJoy Project, which is designed to bring companies and individuals together to share their experiences.
