Jennifer Provaznik is one of the finest Game Warden in Texas. People who underestimate Jennifer just because she is a woman should be ready for a world of pain. On the field, Jennifer lets her skills do all the talking. Jennifer is an elite swimmer, hunter and like every other law enforcer, she maintains a firearms certificate.
As a conservation officer, Jennifer is constantly on patrol and has to be prepared for times of urgency. Her physical fitness is always on the test as Game Wardens require to swim, jog, or hike over the rough terrains. Jennifer Provaznik was born on July 25, 1984, in West Virginia, USA. Born to Tim Provaznik and Gwen Provaznik, Jennifer grew up along the Ohio River in Huntington, West Virginia. As a young girl, she would fondly follow her father down the river and join him in fishing. In those years, she also picked hardworking traits from Tim who did multiple jobs with his main job being a firefighter. Besides these facts, Jennifer has not shared much about her early life.
Career & Progression:
Jennifer graduated in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2007. Shortly after her degree, she joined research institute Bimini Biological Field Station, in the Bahamas and researched Sharks. During the time she also worked as a contractor fisheries biologist for NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). Jennifer eventually transferred to NOAA labs in Pascagoula, MI where in addition she performed research on Bluefin tuna, plankton, and red snapper.
As a part of her job, she performed as an observe on commercial fishing vessels running from Key West, Florida to Brownsville, Texas. And those times made her realize people breaking the laws in sea waters. Later she herself joined law enforcers and became a Texas Game Warden in 2013. Like every other Warden appointed she underwent a 30-week course at Texas Park and Wildlife’s Texas Game Warden Training Center in Hamilton County, Texas.
Joining TV show Lone Star Law
Jennifer joined the cast of reality TV series, Lone Star Law in 2016. The series features the exploits of numerous game wardens of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department from various regions of the Lone Star State. And while Jennifer is just one of the wardens featured on the show, she is a good one. She can hold her own to any warden in the region and doesn’t get easily beaten in a battle of skills.
