Hannah Berner was born on the 12th of August, 1991, in Brooklyn, New York. Born in New York, Hannah spent much of her early life in Shelter Island. She first dated Luke Gulbranson, a model and hockey coach, who she met on the show in 2019. They had a steamy hookup in April 2020 during season 4 of the show, but their relationship was full of drama and miscommunication, as Hannah claimed they had dated for a few months, while Luke insisted it was only a fling.
She then found her soulmate in Des Bishop, an Irish-American comedian. They had an instant connection and started dating in July 2020. After eight months, they got engaged in March 2021.
