Born to Rose and Richard Bosworth, Annette spent most of her early life with her three siblings, twins Jessie and Jason, and sister, Peggy. As a young kid, Dr. Bosworth attended Plankinton High and graduated in 1990. She enrolled at the University of South Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1994. Dr. Annette Bosworth has been practicing medicine for over two decades.
