Andrew Pruett was born on the 1st of February 1980. Born and raised in the United States, little is known about Andrew’s early life and associations. As far as academia goes, Andrew graduated from high school in 1991 and enrolled at Ravencrest Chalet, which is a Bible School and Retreat Center in Northern Colorado. After a year at Ravencrest Chalet, Andrew went off to John Brown University. During his time at the University, Andrew worked as the creator, writer, and producer of the weekly cable entertainment variety show, Life on the Edge. Andrew also worked as an on-air radio DJ at KLRC. He graduated in 1995 with a bachelor of science degree in broadcasting.
Following his time at University, Andrew began his professional career Sonic Drive-In. He joined Sonic in March of 1996 and walked out a year later in November of 1997. In the same year, Andrew began working as a senior coordinator and brand marketer at Buena Vista Home Entertainment. He stuck with them for around 1 and a half years and started working as a New Media Associate at Artists Management Group. After seven months, Andrew landed the post of Executive Coordinator to Vice-Presidents, Public Relations & Marketing at Walk Disney Internet Group. In December of 2001, Andrew was promoted to the post of Inside Sales Manager. He held the position for about a year and was later moved to Account Executive. In July of 2005, Andrew landed the position of Senior Account Executive and West Coast Lead. After two years of managing the West coast, Andrew was promoted to Advertising director, a post he held from October of 2007 to October of 2009.
After calling time on his career at Walt Disney Internet, Andrew joined Quattro Wireless as the Vice President of Advertising. He lasted for a total of 10 months on the job and was recruited by Apple to work as the Head of Western & South Central US Advertising at Apple’s iAd division. In March of 2011, Andrew was promoted to Global Director of iAd Publisher Relations & Business Development. He held the post for around five years and is currently the co-owner, former president, and CEO of NRG Esports.
Andrew and Abigail met sometime during the early 2000s and tied the knot in 2004. The pair had their first child, a boy Roman Pruett in 2008 and divorced four years later. The divorce was filed in February of 2012 and was finalized in 2013. Even though the pair cited irreconcilable differences for their divorce, it was reported that Abigal was the victim of verbal abuse and bullying.
