Pickle Wheat (born Cheyenne Nicole Wheat on September 21, 1995) is an American alligator hunter and reality television personality. She is best known for being a cast member of Swamp People, a History Channel series that follows the lives of swampers in Louisiana.

Pickle Wheat was born in Poydras, Louisiana, to Eddie and Missie Wheat. She has a brother named Cody. The descendent of Isleño settlers, she comes from a long line of trappers, decoy carvers, pirogue builders and early duck call makers. Her great-grandfather was one of the original alligator hunters in St. Bernard Parish. She learned gator hunting from her father and grandfather, who had a unique style of shooting that kept them safe and fed for many years.
