Libby Offutt [Randy Moss ex-partner]: Wiki, bio, facts, split, kids.
Libby Offutt and Randy Moss are not the best of exes. For years, the duo has been engaged in a long and brutal Twitter battle as they blame each other for the series of problems they faced while they were together. Randy accused Libby of spending more than USD 4 million on drugs and left the kids all alone which resulted in Randy’s early retirement as he had to take care of the children. On her part, Libby denied all accusations blaming Randy for keeping her away from her kids. While the truth to the pair’s accusations is few and far in between, Libby certainly gained from the interaction. So, for this article, we will take a closer look at the wiki-bio of Libby Offutt.
Libby Offutt is an American and even though not a football player herself she is known in the football community as Randy Moss’s former partner and mother of Thaddeus Moss. On the physical side of things, Offutt has grey eyes and blonde hair, and a round body shape. Her zodiac is Scorpio. She currently resides in her hometown St. Albans, West Virginia.
Early Life:
Elizabeth Ann Offutt was born on the 1st of November, 1975, in St. Albans, West Virginia. Born to Frank Montgomery and Margarette Offutt, Offutt spent most of her early life with her sisters, Angela and Jennifer. As a young kid, Offutt attended Saint Albans High School in West Virginia before transferring to DuPont High School. It was in DuPont High School that Offutt met Randy Moss and the pair began dating soon after. Offutt lost her father in 2012 but retains a close relationship with her mother and sisters. An excellent swimmer throughout high school, Offutt was athletic throughout her early years.
Career, Randy Moss, and other things:
Offutt and Moss met while the pair attended Du Point High School, and had their first child, Sydney Moss, even before the pair graduated high school. Not much is known about Offut’s professional career as she stayed back to take care of the kids. Sydney went on to become a basketball player but doesn’t have the best of relationships with her father.
The pair’s second child, Thaddeus, was born on the 14th of May, 1988. The 24 years old is currently tearing it up at the NFL and plays as a tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He rose to fame following his time at LSU, where he caught two touchdowns in their 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship game victory.
The pair’s youngest son, Montigo “Tigo” Moss, was born on June 28, 2002. Akin to his brother and father, Tigo is interested in football and is trying to work things for himself. The pair went on to have two more daughters, Senali Moss, on March 24, 2004, and their youngest Sylee Moss. While the pair never married, they were believed to be engaged in the 1990s.
Separation and Dispute:
Sometime around the early 2010s, Offutt and Moss decided to call things off and started living separately. The pair had an argument that escalated and led to a domestic battery. However, both Offutt and Moss were quick to put their differences behind them. The pair eventually broke up and Moss went on to tie the knot to Lydia Griffith in 2015. While no official reason was given for the pair’s split, Offutt’s later post suggested that Moss cheated on her.
Since the separation, Offutt and Moss have been involved in a heated argument on social media. Moss accused Offutt of blowing USD 4 million on drugs. And given Offut’s history of drugs, many agreed with Moss. Moss also accused her of leaving their kids after taking drugs which caused him to retire early. Offutt argued that if she had taken drugs of USD 4 million she would be long dead.
“I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since. He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs, Where’s his proof?”
She also claimed that Moss simply wanted to keep the kids away from her and wanted to blame her for everything that went wrong.
