Letterman revealed that he had slept with many of the female staff on his show and Halderman wanted him to fork up over 2 million dollars. Even though he had all the money in the world to cover it up, Letterman took the high road and admitted the affair. Lasko was beyond hurt by the affair and Letterman admitted to the same on his show.
