“We were pretty shook up. It looks like they were just spraying bullets across my property. Nobody was outside at the time, but everybody had been out about 5 minutes before. I had just gone to the store when it happened,”

The suspect was identified as Daniel Dean King Jr., who was arrested and charged with aggravated assault by drive-by shooting, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespassing. He was also handed a restraining order and must stay 1,000 ft away from John Luke Robertson, his wife Mary Kate, and his son John Shepherd until at least April 27, 2022.
